Every surface is matched to a method. Concrete and brick take a surface cleaner at a controlled pressure, render, roofs and painted timber are soft washed at low pressure with the right chemistry, and stone is treated gently so the face is not opened up.

Terrace frontages, shared paths and shaded courtyards collect grime from traffic and foot traffic, and older brick and tile picks up moss where guttering drips.

Older surfaces are treated gently. Painted brick and tessellated tile get low pressure and the right solution so nothing is stripped.

On the day the area is prepared and protected, the surface is treated so the moss, lichen and mould are killed at the root, then it is cleaned and rinsed down properly, including the edges and the run off.
