What we clean on strata and commercial sites

Shared driveways are cleaned with a surface cleaner for an even finish across the whole slab, so one unit does not end up looking cleaner than the next.
Organic growth on shaded common areas is treated at the root, which matters more on strata sites because the same corners green up first every year.
Insurance and paperwork
The business is fully insured with public liability cover and operates under ABN 98 681 963 236. Certificates of currency are provided to strata managers, building managers and commercial clients on request.
Quotes are itemised and fixed before work starts so they can be taken to a committee or head office without the number moving later.
Safety on site
Wet areas are signed and staged so residents and staff always have a dry path through, and run off is directed away from garden beds, stormwater sensitive areas and parked vehicles.
