House washing and soft washing in Sydney
House exteriors are cleaned with low pressure and the right chemistry rather than force. The solution dissolves mould, dust and cobwebs, then the surface is rinsed gently so render, paint and seals are left intact.
Surfaces we soft wash
Rendered and painted walls, face brick, weatherboard, fibre cement and metal cladding, along with eaves, gutter faces, window frames and entry areas.
Soft washing is the correct method for anything painted, coated or porous. High pressure on those surfaces forces water behind the finish and can strip paint, and it is not something we do.
Why mould keeps coming back
Shaded southern walls and anything under trees hold moisture, and blasting the growth off leaves the root system behind. Our solution kills the growth biologically so regrowth is far slower.
Care on site
Gardens are wet down and rinsed, windows and doors are checked, and any existing damage such as flaking paint, failing seals or loose render is pointed out before we begin.

Yes. Low pressure and a surface appropriate cleaning solution do the work, so the coating is not stripped or forced open.
Do you clean windows as part of a house wash?
Window frames and glass are rinsed as part of the wash. A detailed window clean can be quoted separately.
