Every surface is matched to a method. Concrete and brick take a surface cleaner at a controlled pressure, render, roofs and painted timber are soft washed at low pressure with the right chemistry, and stone is treated gently so the face is not opened up.

Deep garden canopies and damp sandstone keep surfaces shaded, so lichen bites into roof tiles and moss builds along path edges and in mortar joints.

A lot of these properties have soft or heritage surfaces, so low pressure soft washing and a careful chemical choice do the work instead of a turbo nozzle.
